REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Returns – Store Credit Only

 

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.

• Please note: We do not offer refunds to your original payment method. All approved returns will be issued as store credit.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at bityjewelry@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @bityjewelry with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
  3. Once received and inspected, you’ll receive a store credit code via email within 5–7 business days.

2. Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value.

How to Start an Exchange:

  1. Contact us with your order number and exchange request.
  2. Ship the original item back to us.
  3. Once inspected, we’ll send out the replacement.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email bityjewelry@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number.

• We’ll replace the item or offer store credit at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Gift cards

• Items marked Final Sale

5. Shipping Costs

 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.
